Therapists are really good and helpful. Office staff can be difficult to deal with.
The therapy and the therapist helped me a lot. The only thing that I’m not agree is with the office staff. My new insurance showed that I was able to continue with the therapy there, but those ladies wanted to charged me a higher amount per session. Blue Cross verified that is in network. I think they’re working just for the paycheck and not to help the people. That’s sad.
