Wish I could leave zero stars. This place was wonderful over a year ago, but once the director changed, everything went downhill from there. My son was constantly being placed in different classrooms, and he was always getting sick and having sinus issues because the classrooms were freezing cold. Since Kids 'R' Kids has changed Directors this place has started going backwards instead of improving like it was under the leadership of Ms Allie. The Owner and Director lack communication and have been using a third party that is not in a decision-making position. The plans they have in place are not being enforced and have not been since starting attending at this location. IGNORE ANY 5 STAR REVIEWS FROM THE LAST 4 MONTHS. SEVERAL OF US WERE ASKED TO LEAVE GOOD REVIEWS TO GET THE SCORE UP!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at this daycare! From the very first day, the staff made us feel welcomed and completely at ease. The teachers are caring, patient, and truly invested in each child’s growth and happiness. Our child has learned so much — from social skills and sharing to early learning activities — all while having so much fun. My daughter loves to go to "school"! Kids R Kids of Allen makes learning FUN. As a parent, I entrust my greatest blessing to staff at Kids R Kids every day, and I am grateful for the loving care and guidance she receives. The teachers and director look at each child as an individual, with their own strengths and needs. My daughter has been blessed with awesome teachers who understand her so well.
