They advertise that they service NY and NJ, but when I inquired I received an email that said they do not provide entertainment in my area. Which is queens New York. Website should be more specific then. From the website it basically saying it should.

Excellent show! So much fun for the kids and family at our party. Everybody was laughing along and excited. Ty for a great addition to our event.

They cancelled at the last minute after delaying arrival by 30 minutes. We had to move everything around to accommodate them, then they cancelled 20 minutes after they were supposed to arrive and hung up the phone when someone called to inquire.

Rented a soft play for my daughter’s birthday. We were told 11am drop off and they did not show up until 12:30. They were so late picking up that the equipment had to be left at the venue until the following day. Not very professional. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Just an update to your response, we did not try to change our reservation time. You asked to drop off early (11am) and we said that would not be an issue then you did not show up to drop off until 12:30 pm.
