Highly recommend In Motion Group. Their speech and OT services are great. Consultants really want to help and assist with your child's needs.
The team at InMotion have shown professionalism, care, kindness and unconditional support with my son during his speech and OT sessions at InMotion. They have gone above and beyond to assist me with our NDIS review by providing thorough reports and recommendations. We have found the staff to be extremely welcoming and accommodating to our needs. Very disappointing experience. Our daughter attended OT through InMotion for approximately two years, however there was a consistent pattern of cancelled appointments. Most recently, three consecutive fortnightly sessions were cancelled, leaving her without therapy support for over six weeks. What was most frustrating was that no alternative therapist or solution was offered to maintain continuity of care. If you are to choose a therapist do NOT I repeat do NOT choose Michelle Hughes. They will gaslight you and try to convince you she's the best due to her long term experience however she was the WORST least supportive least empathetic person I have ever come across. This was a deeply concerning experience. As a father trying to get help for my son our sonw Mother raised serious concerns about my son’s wellbeing were raised, yet no appropriate action was taken.
