I agree with ALL of the reviews. I dont know who the manager is, it doesn't really matter because EVERONE in that store is rude!!!! I have 3 daughters abd a son. My oldest daughter is 31 years old that is how long I've been shopping at this store. I now shop here for my grandkids. It has not always been like this. But whatever energy they give me I give it back!!
