We signed up for private swim classes for my 3-year-old at KIDS FIRST Swim School in Springfield. Before starting, we clearly explained that our son is not used to new adults and that we wanted the same instructor consistently so he could feel comfortable and build trust. Unfortunately, almost every week there was a cancellation or instructor change. Out of 6 classes, my son had about 5 different instructors. Our family has had a great experience with Kids First through the years! Front office staff members have always been friendly and helpful. I am grateful for the instructors at each level who have been teaching my child to swim. Thank you, Kids First!

Great swimming facility and team. The facility is always clean, Love the staff, management and the dedication to creating lifelong swimmers!. Super incredible staff, Ms. Lilly & Ms. Maria, welcoming, very accommodating, and very knowledgeable. Also the cancellation policy is amazing and makes life so much easier for young families! Not your average just "playing in the pool" they teach swimming skills that are key.
