Kids first is the only place I will bring my children. I love that the water is toddler friendly and WARM!!!! Yes yall the water is warm. We came for Family Swim Day. Jennifer was amazing I believe she runs the spot like the owner. She’s welcoming, observant and has an amazing relationships with all the members. I do not recommend this place for multiple reasons. I put my daughter in for 2 months. I came the first day no one was at the front desk. I had to figure out myself how to get in. Then we started coming in every Sunday. No one ever took the time to evaluate her to put her in the right class and the right level. She was in the beginner class because that was the only available spot when I registered on the website. My son is progressing along so quickly and Jennifer has been so helpful with accommodating our schedule.
Good experience! My 4-year-old has been attending Kids First Swim School, and it's been a good experience. From day one, the instructors have been incredibly patient, encouraging, and kind. They know exactly how to build trust with little ones while also gently pushing them to learn new skills. Thank you to the staff at Kids First for making swim school such a positive and empowering experience.
