My 7 year old has taking swim lessons since April this year. Before we started lessons, she had floaties on but always loved being in the water. She started in level 2 and quickly moved up to level 3, where she stayed all summer and learned how to kick. She is now working towards joining the swim team. Very disappointed with this swim school. I signed my son up for lessons and they charged us for four classes. We only went once, because he got sick afterward and we decided the program wasn’t a good fit for us. I called to cancel and explained the situation, but they refused to give any refund — not even for the next month they had already charged for! I have only two alarming concerns. My first concern is the maintenance/up keep of the changing room, and restroom. On several occasions my little one and I walked into a very smelly, changing toom ,with flies and gnats flying around. The restroom is absolutely disaster..
