They have more personal attention than another swim school that we tried; much smaller classes. The water is warm and they have a shallow end of the pool, both of these are helpful for little kids that are afraid of swimming. Our son didn't enjoy his classes at all in the other school, while he loves his classes here and is no longer afraid of the water nor of swimming.

Joseph is amazing in customer service and is so flexible with scheduling classes. If there are any concerns he is always 100% understanding and willing to fix it to make the customer happy. Keira is hands down the greatest swim teacher. My daughter (4) has learning challenges and she really connects with her. She is so patient, kind, and willing to teach these kids. My daughter has come so far and I'm so happy that she has such a positive swimming experience thanks to these 2 employees!

I feel that the following items are negative in this center. They would need to improve... 1) There is only one bathroom for Men and one for Women; it’s not enough… For example, if there 5 boys shown up the for 30 minutes session, let’s say, 6:30 to 7:00 pm and each boy takes at least 5 min to take shower, 5th boy should wait for minimum 25 minutes on wet head). Up until September 17th, we'd had a fairly good experience with Kids First. Within a six week session, both of my girls gained significant proficiency and confidence in the pool. It has been hit and miss with the instructors; some are great teachers who easily develop a repore with kids, while some are less than warm and don't do the best job bringing the kids along in their skills.
