I'm incredibly pleased with Kids First. Our daughter has been coming and learning there for a while now. All of the instructors are very well versed in their craft and fantastic teachers. Ms Janet is absolutely amazing and our kid has learned so much from her. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Finally the parent and me classes are just amazingly fun to take with your kid.

Kids First has been an amazing place to bring my child. The staff are welcoming, and the pool is great. The loyalty program has made it super affordable as well.

Second time we’ve booked a party here and today was drastically different from the first. Zero customer service, didn’t offer to help with anything, couldn’t process my credit card without me pointing out the wrong zip code, zero personality. When the party was over they said nothing to us. Not thank you, not have a good night. Nada. Said my receipt was emailed to me and it wasn’t. I’d recommend hiring someone more mature that has people skills.

My child has been attending Kids First Swim School for a few months and I can’t say enough great things about their instruction and customer service. The school is clean, and the facility is very well maintained. Special mention to Janet who is kind, patient, and will go out of her way to make sure your child succeeds.
