The most unprofessional and disgusting daycare my child has ever been in. The women working there seem the have little to no experience with children, and a blonde lady Russian, would complain to me that my child had behavior issues and she would put something over his hand then hit him to not leave marks. He’s now at a Montessori and never have they ever complained about him, I get complete opposite feedback. This place is not save for children.

Had to take my daughter for her newborn screening. Front desk staff were kind and informative, and the doctor who did the test on my daughter was very good with her. My daughter didn’t cry while she got her heel pricked. The doctor helped keep my baby calm while she was collecting blood samples and also helped explain the whole newborn screening process, which as a new parent I’m grateful for. My son had orders sent here for an MRI..I have been calling for 3 days.....on hold for over 30 minutes then phone rings for awhile and call disconnects. I love the Methodist system in SATX and would be more than happy to change this review if someone would answer the phone. I cannot find an email address on the website so phone is the only option.

We regret choosing this place for my 1 year olds labs. Spent almost 2 hours here. Once I started asking how much longer I received a rude response that I hadn’t given my insurance for registration, which no one asked for until 40 minutes into waiting. There were only a few people waiting when we arrived, but almost the entire wait they didn’t call anyone else up. I really appreciated the nurses who eventually did do my sons labs, very patient and did a great job. Unfortunately the front desk is a reason I’d never return.

We had a great experience! The directions on the website for where to park and how to find them were perfect for our 1st time. Maybe it depends on the time of day you go, but we took our 2 year old as a walk in around 8:30am, there was no one else there. My son loved the kids table with chairs and the TV was playing Disney Junior. The receptionist was very kind and quick with getting us checked in. We brought our paperwork for bloodwork, I never trust doctors faxing them over, best to have a paper copy just in case. The nurs... read more
