If you’ve never experienced another daycare you don’t realize how horrible this place is. My son started here when he was 18 months. Like any other child, he was scared. Instead of consoling him they would let him cry at their feet. The cameras are just for show. What you really see are the “teachers” sitting around while the kids entertained themselves. Caring and supportive teachers and director. They try their best to communicate with parents. They listen to the feedback and try their best to make changes. My child loves going to the daycare, I think that’s the most important part. He eats well and sleeps well. If there are issues such as injury occurs, director or assistance director will give parents call and update. Facility is clean and tidy. My daughter has been going here for almost 2 years (since she turned 1). All her teachers and staff have been excellent. She has progressed so much in speaking, socializing with kids and learning. Everyone is always friendly. Great security protocol is in place. My daughter has built up some good little friendships with kids her age. Highly recommend!
