Taken out my kid for this reasons. This location used to be good and given proper care by head office. But since the previous director left, its a mess. Everyday new teachers leave and new come in. They are just doing the bare minimum, classes used to have qualified and experienced ECEs now its just ECAs with no experience. This location has been neglected far too much. Even talking to new director and calling head office has no effect. Maybe they don't wanna pay teachers enough to make them stay. and they get a better offer... read more

Still waiting for my $2000 deposit to be refunded which was suppose to be sent out in OCTOBER 2023 (its now February 2024). They canceled on us last minute, and promised a refund, but nothing has arrived yet. Won't answer our calls or voicemails. This is theft. Edit: after their last comment, I’ve called and left a voicemail and haven’t heard back in over a week. Absolutely unacceptable - they won’t pay us back and won’t respond to us either…

I was told in march 2023 that my application is in queue. I kept follwoing up with no response. Finally someone picked my call on march 2023 and I was told your application was with previous manager(Erin) she no longer works here and your application is no longer valid. How can a company do this. where I got the account activation link and account was activated. after one year they say the application is not valid because the employee left???????
