Enrolled kid for the survivor summer Camp at bow trail location, based on our pleasant experience with Kids and company at a DIFFERENT Location. Although, it was marketed as structured free play with prescribed schedule, It was mostly free play. facility AM director didn't give satisfactory answers. She was not courteous toward kid, We prefilled the form mentioning food restrictions but on the first day, director just rolled her eyes hearing it!
Amazing caring staff, reliable, great healthy food for the kids!
I want to start off by saying I am in no way giving the teachers 3 stars. My son went to this location for 8 months and had the pleasure of having miss Emmy and Miss July. The teachers are wonderful and my son absolutely loved them. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because when we first enrolled my Son, I was pregnant with my second. Time of tour, I was told by the director that there will be absolutely no issue getting our second child in part-time and I did not need to get him on a waitlist until closer to. Really happy with this daycare. Staff are amazing! My kids have learned a lot of great skills there. So appreciate that they are flexible with part time options as well, for those of us who don’t work typical Monday to Friday schedules.
