My son has been going to this daycare for about 5 yrs now and we have nothin but positive things to say. The staff are caring, kind and attentive. We have always felt confident knowing our son is safe, happy and well cared for. We are very grateful for everything they have done for him over the years and would highly recommend this daycare to any parent.
My son started in Ellerslie location in the baby room, and he is now in kindergarten and part of the OSC program. Throughout all these years, he has been surrounded by so much love and care, and he has made so many wonderful memories. This was the worst daycare experience our family has ever had. On my daughter’s final day, she told me that a staff member had hit her in the face and on the head inside the washroom, where there were no cameras. When I confronted the staff member about what my daughter had reported, she did not respond to my concern and walked away. The director was dismissive and confrontational and offered no apology or satisfactory explanation. All the educators are very good ands the my grandson looks forward to go to the daycare Also here I would like to specially thank the director Ms Cheryl for being very proactive for calling 911 when my husband had gone to the daycare to drop our grandson and needed medical assistance. This saved his life.
Best Director & all staff are very good. My grandson has progress a lot in just seven months. He is always happy to go to daycare.
