This happend back in Feb 2024. My 16months baby started day care in the infant class. However, on the third day of the transition period, my husband and I saw our baby fell from a strapped chair on his face to the floor less than 5 minutes after dropping our son through the daycare camera. Thaisbher the director is AMAZING! Raj the assistant director too is great. The teachers honestly were not the best. My son is higher needs but they had no idea how to deal with him. He was recently diagnosed with high functioning autism. We were gently pushed out My son went for shortly over a year

Highly recommend! I cannot say enough great things about Richmond Kids & Co, and this is all due to the wonderful and dedicated staff and teachers! My child has been at this daycare since 1yo, and will be starting kindie this year. It's extremely bittersweet for us to be leaving such a supportive environment where the little one thrives. Nothing but great things to say about everyone here! They truly value and care for the littles! They have helped us with at home practices and our little one was always excited to see her teachers and play with her friends. They are open, transparent and help guide our journeys as parents.
