My daughter has been with Kinds and Co for more than two years, and I’ve been very impressed with the experience so far. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about the kids. The environment is clean, safe, and supportive, and my daughter has grown so much socially and academically. I really appreciate the consistency and communication from the team. I highly recommend Kinds and Co to any parent looking for quality childcare.

Warm teachers. Well structured, diverse curriculum that my kids enjoy, including optional field trips. Daily communication with parents through the app on day-to-day as well as milestones. Potty trained my son at age 2. Outdoor space is sufficient. Great spot for working parents as the hours allow for flexibility and the daycare does not have pro-D days.

We had the most wonderful experience with Richmond Kids & Company. I am so grateful to all the teachers and their administrative staff for creating such a caring and welcoming environment for our son. For other parents considering this daycare and location, rest assured your little one will be cared for joyfully!

Our child spent over 3 years at Kids & Company Richmond and had an excellent experience. The center director and staff were polite, caring and flexible to our child. Transition between toddler and pre-school rooms was well planned. Lunch and snack was provided which was very convenient, and my child enjoyed most of the food (more so than at home!).
