We had wonderful care at TechTown. Today was our last day with our little guy, it was a tough day saying goodbye. The caregivers were incredible with him, we were greeted every morning with kindness and every evening in the same way. This place is very clean, organized and they (mainly Ashlee) provide excellent communication of anything pertinent we need to know, she is fantastic and responsive! Wasted my spot for almost 2 years on onelist could have chosen a different daycare. They want you to fill another form on top of the ONELIST to join their waitlist. Found this after 2 years of waiting. No communication.
My wife and I love this place, but more importantly our son does. All the staff are amazing. They are always smiling and ready to welcome the kids every morning and are still smiling at the end of the day at pick up. If we ever have concerns emails are answered almost instantly. The place is very clean and there is kleenex and sanitizer almost everywhere. We never worry about our son after we drop him off. We know he is in good hands.
