Egoistic staff no professionalism at all!!!! If I could give a negative review I would be happy too.
I would give Kids & Company London Richmond a negative score if it were possible. There is a lack of professionalism that starts with the director and permeates throughout the entire staff. Behaviors such as rudeness, dishonesty regarding availability, favoritism, gossiping about families and staff, and unkind treatment of employees are, unfortunately, regular occurrences when dealing with the director. what are hourly charges for 2 year old kid?
This company advertises “back up care” for when regular childcare arrangements breakdown. I called the company multiple times using the number indicated on their website , phone rang for 2 minutes nobody answered, so then I filled out the form last summer indicating the London location and never heard anything back, not even a “we received your form”. Very unprofessional, it would nice if this company would stop advertising this care if they don’t actually plan to follow through with those inquiring.
