Our experience at this centre was deeply concerning. We witnessed staff behavior that was inappropriate for a childcare environment, including yelling and verbal intimidation. We also encountered a physical situation involving our child that left us extremely uneasy and is something our child still recalls. I will always advocate for my kids and this review was certainly coming. Our experience at this daycare was deeply concerning and very disappointing. We witnessed behavior from staff that no child should be exposed to in a care environment — including name-calling, yelling, verbal intimidation, and a hands-on physical incident that left us extremely uneasy - which my child still recalls to this day. This daycare is horrible. Teachers came to not teach the kids but to gossip more. Half of the staff is rude, arrogant, mean and self-centered. I request to all of the parents to not admit their kids in this pathetic place.
Love this place and so does out kid. The staff is great, everyone's super friendly and their programs (learning, food, etc) are excellent. Highly recommend.
We are so happy with Kids and Company! Our child attends here, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond to provide excellent care. It's clear that they truly care about his well-being and development. I feel completely at ease knowing he is in such good hands every day.
