August 27,2026 - the impact of what my child endured at this daycare is heartbreaking. My child to this date, and after over 6 months of the incident still recalls exactly what she went through and names each and every ECA and RECE that was involved in this inhumane incident. Our experience at this centre was deeply concerning. We witnessed staff behavior that was inappropriate for a childcare environment, including yelling and verbal intimidation. We also encountered a physical situation involving our child that left us extremely uneasy and is something our child still recalls. We raised these serious concerns with the director, but the response was defensive and dismissive with statements like “ young and inexperienced”, “ not getting paid enough”, “ I put a note in her file.” No meaningful cha... read more
