We used Kids and Company for back-up care from when our son was 18 months up to 2 years. Their care was excellent. it was very easy to book a back-up care request on the app. The location was very convenient, and on-site parking very accessible. The building is secure. The hours are wonderful and make it so you do not have to rush to and from work. The staff were very kind to our baby, despite his moods. The child rooms were clean and tidy. Not good, they think it is ok to call your kid a baby, then deny it when confronted. Told the director about it and they spoke to the staff but clearly they do not believe me. Not worth it for the price you are paying (unless you are ok with your child getting mocked). And before anyone says I am misunderstanding, I heard it with my own ears when I came to pick her up.

Kids & Company has always been a big help and blessing to our family. Shortly after pandemic, we were asked to go back to the office fulltime and we had nowhere to take our child during the summer break. It was such a relief to come across Kids & Company. They have a back-up care program where you can take your school-aged children during summer break, spring break, winter break or even PD days.
