Not good, they think it is ok to call your kid a baby, then deny it when confronted. Told the director about it and they spoke to the staff but clearly they do not believe me. Not worth it for the price you are paying (unless you are ok with your child getting mocked). And before anyone says I am misunderstanding, I heard it with my own ears when I came to pick her up.

Kids & Company has always been a big help and blessing to our family. Shortly after pandemic, we were asked to go back to the office fulltime and we had nowhere to take our child during the summer break. It was such a relief to come across Kids & Company. They have a back-up care program where you can take your school-aged children during summer break, spring break, winter break or even PD days. The center director is unfriendly and clearly has a cold personality. Her reception was poor to say the least. I was very disappointed at my first meeting. Clearly she didn’t want us there. I didn’t even bother getting back.
