I have witnessed some different approaches to helping children work through their emotions and by far agree with the way Mercedes approaches the kids and helping them with dealing with some big feelings. I know myself I need a minute to understand why I'm feeling the way I am and Mercedes applies that to the kids and gives them some time to calm a bit and then helps them understand why they're feeling the way they are.

Miss. Mercedes is one of the absolute best educators here, she has original and fun ideas for the kids to do daily. She acknowledges each child as they come in and asses each child's needs and helps them work through their emotions as they needs.

I would NOT SUGGESTS THIS LOCATION AT ALL. Particularly if it's Miss Mercedes's class, as she spends the majority of her time working on paperwork. In the mornings, she failed to even say hello or welcome to my son. Most of the days she didn't even bother to go and comfort him when he used to cry for me. Left us devastated, so the first week after we joined, we pulled my two children out of daycare.
