What kind of day care facility doesn't reply to inquiries? I have sent several emails to this place and waited weeks for a reply and not even a single acknowledgement. If they can't reply to an inquiry, how do they even manage this place? it's been 10 days since my last email inquiry.

The individual caregivers were great, and the lunch program is convenient. Unfortunately, the corporate daycare model they follow here results in high turnover in caregivers resulting in a lack of continuity and structure. All too often incidents indicating a lack of supervision were occuring that, given an 8-1 provincially mandated caregiver to child ratio, just never really made sense. Is a great daycare. They’re pretty good with kids and have a great customer service. You may run into very minor issues, but nothing they can’t fix. The plus side of it is that they have cameras and you can always check on your kids. The staff is amazing, they die a great job.
