My experience at head office was pleasant and welcoming. Everyone that I came into contact with was kind and supportive.
The Head Office lack of communication is horrendous. I have already sunk a load of money and no one will get back to me. There is currently a huge story out there and yet there is one trying to deal with the PR, of it in regards to parents. Advice to parents, go somewhere where you and your money are appreciated

Please talk to your drivers about safety on the roads. Today Feb 15th 2023 at 9:30am one of your drivers (license plate AN30559) was on Eglinton driving east near Martin Grove and nearly hit me from behind because of their speeding. I looked in my rear view and saw them swerve to avoid hitting me, which made me try to steer out of the way because I thought I was gonna get hit.
