We’ve been really happy with our experience at Kids & Company. As first-time parents, leaving our baby at daycare was a little stressful at first, but the teachers have been so kind and caring. I really love how they welcome the children in the morning with a big smile and so much positive energy. Our baby seems really happy and comfortable there, which means a lot to us. I enrolled my infant at 4 months old at Kids&Co; she went every Friday - and it was the best decision I ever made. Leaving a tiny infant was incredibly scary; but Manager Jenny; and every single staff member immediately put our minds at ease - they created a environment filled with trust; safety; comfort; and we honestly felt loved every time we walked through the door. We’ve had a positive experience with the daycare so far! The gradual entry process went smoothly, thanks to the kind and caring staff who made the transition feel comfortable and reassuring. We really appreciate that they provide nutritious meals, and we especially love the “bye-bye snack bites” they offer at pick-up. I want to share what our everyday experience at this centre was really like, because I honestly wish someone had told me these things before we enrolled our child. Children at this age copy so much of what they see and hear. During our time there, our child began bringing home bad words, swearing and aggressive behaviours that we had not experienced before. We absolutely love North Vancouver Esplanade! The teachers are always welcoming, caring, and attentive to the kids. We completely trust them to provide a warm and nurturing environment. It's always very easy to communicate with the managers, who are always responsive and helpful. We're so happy to have found such a wonderful place for our kid!
