Victoria is an absolute standout Director. Her balance of high-level management and genuine, heartfelt care for both the children and parents is rare. While her expertise is clearly a massive asset to this branch, her leadership style is something that should be modeled and taught across the entire organization.

Head office needs to clone Victoria! The best Director with fantastic leadership skills probably amongst all 150+ locations! The most caring, loving and kind to kids and parents. She needs to train the director in the London location, as she lacks all kinds of leadership skills.

We are extremely glad to have secured a spot for our daughter at this location. All the teachers are so soft-spoken, caring, and friendly that even our daughter looks forward to seeing them every day. She genuinely enjoys going to daycare, which gives us great peace of mind as parents. The kids’ menu is top-notch in terms of nutritional content and variety, ensuring healthy meals every day.
