My child does not go here (thank god) I am a neighbor and when I tell you guys I just witnessed one of the employees screaming at those 3-4 yr old toddlers while walking down the street I was So disgusted even another bystander stopped and watched in awe. She was SCREAMING at the top of her lungs about the kids walking too slow and one child was crying and she yelled how she is not trying to hear that. Recently pulled my child out of this daycare and a friend of ours did the same. Too many reports from neighbors in west loop saying the kids are neglected and forced to stay in strollers while at the park. Another thing brought to my attention was that the staff is absolutely glued to their phones in public so I can’t imagine the care my child was getting inside. Breaks my heart. Do better.

My experience with Kid & Company has been great! My children attended the location on State St at first and I loved it, it felt warm and kind, like family. They have sense moved to this location on Randolph and I admit I was very nervous about them attending a new center with new faces but they transitioned nicely. The teachers are friendly and they all know my kids. I still haven't quite learned all their names but the connections they have are great with each classroom I see. My daughter has been in this facility since February, and I love the staff and how they care and teach my child. She is learning so much at this facility, and it shows. Her word pronunciation and how she can recognize and point to things make me happy. Also, unlike many daycares I toured before sending my child here, this place never stinks. They keep the smell and visual aspect of this center up to part. My favorite teachers are Miss Lupe, Miss Niccerya, Miss Cheryl, Miss Pamela, Miss Bianca, and Miss Nehemiah. Making the decision to send our son to Kids & Co is one of the best decisions we made as a family. The staff is warm, nurturing, loving, and one big family (every teacher knows and loves our son, not just his immediate teachers). Communication was good, I loved having an app and live stream option, it was one of the most reasonably priced and flexible day cares we could find in the area. We just moved to the suburbs and I have yet to find a day care center that can compare. I’m very grateful for our time at kids & co.
