I was initially impressed by the nurturing environment and leadership at Kid’s & Co when my child joined in 2022. Unfortunately, since the leadership transition, the quality of care and professionalism has drastically declined. Interactions with the new director have been dismissive and unhelpful. Even after providing advance notice of withdrawing my child, I faced billing issues and no acknowledgment of my child leaving after two years.
