Well what can I say, Ken is brilliant at what he does. I had breakdown service out to fix my converted Renault Master Van, they took ages to fiddle with my Wigi and couldn’t find the problem, Ken took one look at it and solved the problem with my immobiliser, fixing it instantly and not charging me the earth, he also showed me where the problem was and how to solve it on my own. Absolutely fantastic service - we needed the car urgently repaired to pick our daughter and granddaughter up from the airport, and Ken went above and beyond to get it done by the time they were flying in, even though he was fully booked at the time. Great work done, plus exceptionally helpful. Highly recommend.
I took my car to Ken because it would not start. Ken text me the next day to tell he had found the problem and the part that needed replacing would cost £360. And it would take up to two weeks to be delivered. He then called after sending the text to explain further. His words were that he couldn’t guarantee this part would fix the problem because the car was also reading 80 odd other codes. Managed to solve a electrical problem with my VW Transporter that had flummoxed my local garage. The fix was quick and inexpensive, highly recommended.
Kidman auto came out to remove an alarm and immobiliser another shop fitted to our car, care and attention was shown to our car and he kept us informed while completing the work. Would highly recommend
