Our child attended Kiddie Academy Greenwood when he was 14-17 months old in the early toddlers room. This was our child's first group day care setting, and we were so impressed and grateful for the teachers (Rena and Yaritza) and the admin (Rosie, Angelina) for supporting our child through that big transition. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Management is such a disappointment! I wish they would have great people, people with experience and ownership! Never again!!!! Stay away from this place!
Our decision to leave Kiddie Academy was bittersweet. The facility is new, modern, and consistently very clean, and the playground is especially amazing. Our 16-month-old is a picky eater but seemed to really enjoy the meals provided whenever she wasn’t under the weather. It was clear how much her teachers cared about her growth, education, and overall experience. The best decision I made in 2025 was pulling my child out of this daycare. I waited two months before writing this review to ensure I could be as objective as possible. 1. Health & hygiene concerns My child contracted hand, foot, and mouth disease twice within 3 months, despite attending only about half of the time. While illness can happen in group care, what was concerning was that classrooms were mixed at least once during playtime when I picked my child up, which appeared to encourage cross-contamination. 2.
