Disappointed by the new management and constant turnover in my kids class over the last 6-9 months. She used to love coming to this daycare until she transitioned to her newest classroom where weve had half a dozen teachers. Teachers aren't paid enough and don't stay long enough to build consistent habits. Potty training has been an issue bc they'll be put in pullups and not taken to the bathroom often. On the last day of school, she smelled strongly of urine and wasn't changed despite having multiple extra clothes
KA was our first daycare experience for our now 2.5 yo, who started prior to turning 2. The director Laura, is kind and empathetic. The teachers (all of them) but especially Megan, Dynasty, Leana- are so amazing with kids- to the point where my child was saying he wants to "go to school" day 3 of starting! They all truly care. We had to leave due to moving, but miss it! Overall great experience.
Amazing Ladybugs team! Our son was always smily when coming in and we knew he was well taken care of. The team of teachers is great, caring, attentive, and as first time parents, we thought they had great advice for us. Leaving your child with strangers is never easy but I never doubted he was in good hands! The team did not stay strangers for long! I wish we could have stayed at Kiddie Academy but we moved out of state.
We have had two kids at KA OakBrook between 2020 and 2025. Our daughter started there when she was 6 months old and was there until she started KG in August 2025. We've been through every classroom, known all the teachers and have known 3 directors. Laura is, by far, the most genuine, kind, organized and professional director we have seen in our 5 years with the school.
