Our kids have been here for three years, and we’ve had a really great experience. We’ve been at two other daycares over the years, and this was our first corporate-owned center, but it never felt like one. The admin team is friendly, caring, and always kept us in the loop. The teachers are great but high staff turnover the last 12 months and combining of classes when they are short staffed was the driving force. The kids are happy there, but you are not able to provide feedback to admin as they have an reply for everything, owner was also not friendly with concerns. Actually, we left and thought soon after about coming back due to missing of classmates-adjustment for child, were told class was full with long waiting list.
