Steer clear of Kiddie Academy at all costs...the most disorganized, even dangerous place for kids. I roamed around looking for the director with a kid who needed an inhaler...and couldn't find her. In two weeks they were planning to put me in a classroom with 8 kids with no way to contact anyone if I needed them..yes, there was a phone in the classroom, and when I called nobody answered...so the director gave me other classroom numbers to call..nobody answered there either. Scheduled a tour. Had to call as no one was in the office to greet me. When someone answered they tell me no one is available to give me a tour despite having schedule one. No apologies, no attempt to reschedule. It may be a great daycare, but I’ll never know because their customer service is terrible.

We had a disappointing experience overall. Communication was poor, and interactions with the owner and office staff were consistently rude and unprofessional. When parents raised concerns, responses often felt confrontational and verbally aggressive rather than supportive. This made it difficult to trust the environment, and we ultimately chose to withdraw our child.

We had a very very negative experience with this daycare! Interactions with the owner and office staff were consistently unprofessional and disrespectful. During visits and conversations, communication often felt confrontational rather than supportive. On more than one occasion, comments were made about children that we found inappropriate and concerning for a childcare environment. Do you're self a favor and don't send your kids here.

Interactions with the owner and office staff were consistently unprofessional. Communication often felt dismissive rather than supportive, and concerns were not handled respectfully. A childcare environment should be welcoming and collaborative for families, and unfortunately that was not our experience.
