I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I had a scheduled tour and showed up at the agreed-upon time, only to find that they had completely forgotten about my appointment. We rang the doorbell and waited, but no one came to the door. What concerned me even more was that one of the employees I encountered smelled strongly like marijuana. This place is suck. Treat my son like an alien. Never return my deposit… A week deposit at the time my kid went there was $305, they stole $305 from us. My son can goes anywhere for $200~$250 for better service. We will never come back to this day care for sure.

Steer clear of Kiddie Academy at all costs...the most disorganized, even dangerous place for kids. I roamed around looking for the director with a kid who needed an inhaler...and couldn't find her. In two weeks they were planning to put me in a classroom with 8 kids with no way to contact anyone if I needed them..yes, there was a phone in the classroom, and when I called nobody answered...so the director gave me other classroom numbers to call..nobody answered there either. Scheduled a tour. Had to call as no one was in the office to greet me. When someone answered they tell me no one is available to give me a tour despite having schedule one. No apologies, no attempt to reschedule. It may be a great daycare, but I’ll never know because their customer service is terrible.
