I have had such a wonderful experience with this daycare! From the moment I enrolled my daughter, and grand baby! I have felt welcomed, supported, and confident that they are in great hands. The staff are caring, attentive, and truly take the time to get to know each child. We have had such a wonderful 4 years experience with this daycare. The staff have always been incredibly helpful, supportive, and caring. We were especially happy with the VPK program and the progress our son made while attending. His teachers are absolutely lovely and genuinely care about him, which means so much to us as parents. THEY HAVE A 2.8 RATING ON YELP THEY HIDE THE GOOGLE REVIEWS !!!!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting, this place needs to be shut down. The director is incompetent, rude and claims to have years of daycare experience, but it does not show. My daughter fell and knocked numerous teeth loose, and pushed her gums backwards. This happened at 9 AM. They didn’t call anybody until 2 PM. At 2 PM they called her mother and her mother was in the middle of a root canal at work. And asked to please call the Dad. We have had such a wonderful experience with this daycare. The staff is incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the children and their families. My son has had a challenging couple of months behavior-wise, and instead of making us feel discouraged, the teachers and staff have been so supportive every step of the way. My daughter attended Kiddie Academy Lakewood Ranch for at least 2 years and just graduated from their VPK program. (The graduation ceremony and celebration for the kids was so nice!) The school has made a lot of improvements over time since we first started and seems to be headed in the right direction. While the turnover of teachers was initially a concern for me, it seems like Kiddie Academy LWR has recently done a better job of retaining some good teachers and administrators.
