Went for a tour. There are 0 black teachers. How are we supposed to teach diversity and help our kids feel included when there’s not one person in the building that looks like them.
The teachers genuinely care about the kids. Everyone seems happy to be there, the kids are having a blast, and the programs that they put on are wonderful. They are inclusive of all of the diverse backgrounds we have at the school and they are wonderful about updating parents on what is going on around the daycare. It has been a great experience.
