Highly recommended!!! My two kids have been seeing Alyssa for almost two months now. She is a passionate, experienced and professional OT. Since my husband had one and half hours intake assessment for my son with Alyssa. My husband said to me" now I understand the purpose of having an OT." Meanwhile I want to say all of the receptionists are super friendly and helpful. In addition, the environment you have provided for the kids and staff makes everyone feels comfortable, calm and relaxed. Again, I hihly recommend this place.

I can’t say I’m too impressed with their way around securing appointment times when therapists leave. Once you have a time scheduled with a therapist that works well for your child, I don’t understand why your appointment time doesn’t remain in place. Twice I have had to change days and times when therapists have left suddenly. All other clinics will keep your time and replace with another therapist.
I'm very impressed with Kid Link OT and the staff but in particular our therapist Maddie. She's very patient, caring and professional. After every appointment we get a summary of what was discussed along with an opportunity to write feedback, comments. Having used other therapy providers in the past, I highly recommend Kid Link OT.
