Did not inform us of backorder, so our products never came for many months, then we cancelled because we needed them sooner (would have been nice to know at the first). The order was not cancelled but sent a few months later and we were charged. We returned it and asked for a refund. They said they would not refund the shipping, and would charge a restocking fee. Ordered and got my order after 2 month (forgot that I ordered it) after I paid for it's shipping and I called for a refund they where not helpful at all and I lost my money.
