Kickstand Cycles is a great resource for Albuquerque bicycle enthusiasts and owners. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our recent service experience. They also have great equipment and models available. We are new e-bike owners and their willingness to provide information and advice is stellar.
Fantastic bike shop with a great selection of e-bikes from many of the best companies. We went today to try out which brand would fit me best. Greg was super helpful, letting me sit on 5 or 6 different e-bikes, showing me all the features that are best for me, a 66 yr old grandma with 2 knee replacements. I am excited to be able to enjoy biking again!
I hate to do this to a business I left my bike in for a tune-up a few days go by and I am called in on a Friday saying my bike was ready to go I get to the shop test it out and my front derailed is shifting very rough so this guy named Stewart that looks like he is just there for a paycheck goes in tweaks it and really just makes it worse so he then tells me it’s because of of this and that giving me a run around then I explained my chain is overly loose and scraping my front derailer he seemed to get upset cause he knew I w... read more
This place was awesome! We visited for the balloon fiesta and wanted to avoid traffic and bike around town instead. The staff was not only helpful but also very friendly. It was such an easy process to book, pickup and return the bikes! Thank you for making our experience so wonderful!
