I brought my bike in for a tune-up and couldn’t be happier. The customer service was excellent, and my bike has literally never ridden better. Highly recommend!
This bike shop is a gem. There are several bikes usually on sale. The staff and owner are very knowledgeable and helpful and they have such cute bike art and swag. If you need ANYTHING remotely related to a bike, this place has it!
Kickstand Culture is an excellent shop. My husband and I drove all the way from Lewiston, NY because they were so highly recommended to us. And I must say - it was worth the trip. We bought 2 new Velotric ebikes (great bikes - by the way) and we appreciate all the assistance, expertise and 100 mile check up on our bikes. We could have purchased them on-line, but we like the idea of having them built up for us and having a welcoming maintenance place and a shop to turn to for great advice.
Called them up, purchased over 2,000.00 in Radpower electric bikes, paid over the phone, they sent me a receipt. A couple hours later they call back and say they’re not going to make any money off this deal and cancelled my order. What in the world kind of business is Radpower dealing with. I’ll reach out to them as well.
