Amazing customer service and work!! Brought my bike to Tom before my Ironman 70.3 in Waco for a tune up and he did not disappoint! Found a couple extra issues that I didn’t realize I had until they worked for the race would highly recommend!
We went in to look at e-bikes. Greeted instantly by Preston who was extremely nice. He went over what we would need, and mind you we were only looking, we ended up purchasing them. With the promotions they had going on and his knowledge, we couldn't pass up a good deal. Thank you Preston for being so kind and taking care of us. We can't wait to ride!

The owner pulled a Biden and used his sorry memory as an excuse for not knowing about my bike. I called for months about my tandem bike. And now it’s missing after I was told they were too busy to fix it. It was a 3 seater with a banna seat. I guess I lost a bike because some old geezer can’t remember. Give it up already!
