We discovered this amazing bookstore today while at the Canal Market District and it did not disappoint! Friendly staff, any book you could imagine for great prices, and you might even get a visit from one of the cats hanging around If your a lover of books, CDs, Movies, or Records this is the place you've been searching for, a true hidden gem in Newark that sells used and new books of every genre! Cant wait to go back for our next visit!
My wife's absolutely loved this place. Tons of used books, and plenty of new. I'm not much of a reader, but I'm getting more into it the more I visit. Pay homage to the cats in there.
Nooks of books everywhere you look. Has a second floor with more books and a big kids section. Has used and new books. I enjoyed perusing and even purchasing. Be aware for allergies, there are 2 cats running around. I loved them even though I angered one.
Great small find book store. Lots of books to find, very helpful, and very fairly priced. We will be going back!
I visited for the first time with my youngest son (4 yo) and we were both amazed. I expected a tiny shop and every time I turned a corner there was more to see! I love that there is a mix of new and used books. The used books we purchased were in perfect condition and all under $3. Where else can you buy 6 perfect condition books for under $20?
