Today's experience was awful. Not only did I spend 45 mins waiting for them to show up both times I called for a ride today. The man sitting in front of me got sick 🤮it went all over the place. The driver did nothing until another passenger said something to him. The man who got sick was in the front seat it went all over the floor next to driver. You know where the stairs and somebody groceries were it was bad nasty. The driver gave the guy some towels to clean it up. No spray just a couple of paper towels . The guy kinda ... read more
Kats drivers are fantastic! They are all so nice. Even the people who answer the phones are extremely nice. Sometimes it might take a little longer if they are short of drivers. I was told that they have customers that must go out of town to Doctors, so it may leave a shortage in town. We only pay $1.00 for a ride what more can you ask.
