I used to shop there alot. But now, they never hardly have anything in stock. The guys that work there are very friendly, and helpful. The lady that works there doesn't know a thing about construction or building materials. It is ridiculous that she can't price shingles or know how to figure them. She told my mom they don't carry the type of shingle she brought in to match. And then one of the guys had to correct her and say yes, they do sell that brand. Place is slowly becoming just like Lowes. They hire anyone. I was in there last week, and the girl who tried to help me had absolutely no clue what I was talking about. Not helpful at all. And she said she is the assistant manager? How can you be a manager of a lumber store and not know anything about building or construction? You need to know what your customer is talking about! So frustrating! Never going back! Guess I'll give the Amish Lumber store a try, surely they know more than that lady!
