Kiavi is the gold standard in the fix and flip game. Not only do they provide borrowers the best terms, but their lending partner service is excellent and they get deals closed. Major thank you to Kate for always taking exceptional care of my deals.
The service is very poor. No one answers the phone, at best they will call back a day later. A lot of arbitrary policies and no one interested in finding a solution to problems. Everyone I talk to there seems to just be there for a paycheck and could not care less about your business as a real estate investor. Do not let their favorable terms persuade you, steer clear.
My team at Kiavi was excellent. They were quick to respond, worked on my behalf to complete the transaction and the process was smooth and simple. I am very thankful to partner with Kiavi on this latest investment.
