The best hard money lender in the market! Once again Andrew K. did a superb job from start to finish. They're fast efficient and get the job done in a timely manner. The service is very poor. No one answers the phone, at best they will call back a day later. A lot of arbitrary policies and no one interested in finding a solution to problems. Everyone I talk to there seems to just be there for a paycheck and could not care less about your business as a real estate investor. Do not let their favorable terms persuade you, steer clear.
