Went in to pick up a well known BC strain I found on their website. Both staff immediately said "we don't carry that" without bothering to check. Thankfully a fellow customer who was looking at one of the touchscreens overheard this and backed me up, saying it's right here on your menu. When the staff went to check their own computer, there it was, on special too. We love it when budtenders have product knowledge. So what's going on here?

Love this place for the selection, staff are lovely but the personality drops once you don’t tip. I don’t tip everytime, I’m sorry but you are grabbing something from a window and checking out.
Usually I don’t like stopping by Kiaro due to the prices and pushy sales but thanks to a lovely dude named Jerez I’ll definitely be back! He is an impeccable budtender, through and through. I was trying to help my mother find some CBD gummies and he was so thorough, knowledgeable and patient. Above all, he made her feel incredibly comfortable and looked after! I couldn’t have asked for a better interaction honestly.
