My husband introduced me to Sarah and Becki last year. He has done business with these girls forever and absolutely loves them. I was very impressed with their attitudes and professionalism. I was told everything they were going to do and how they were going to file my return when I dropped off my stuff off. They are not afraid to admit that they don't know something or that they are not 100% sure and will look it up to make sure they do it right and are telling you right. I have been using these people for around 5 years. I will never take my business anywhere else. They have always been super helpful and friendly and they are a hoot to talk to. The only complaint I have is that my girls always whine to go there when its not tax season so they can visit.. I have referred about 10 people to them and they are all happy with the service they receive also... ALSO I am getting back THREE TIMES AS much money with them compared to H&R block.
These people are wonderful, very helpful and answer any questions to the fullest with honesty. Very down home business.
I have nothing but good to say about this business. We have used them for 15 years and would never consider going anywhere else. They are quick, friendly, and ethical. Perhaps the person complaining above expected them to do something unethical or illegal.
Do not waste your time with these tax people . They will NOT stand behind their work & generally are just people to stay away from .
