I didn't realise they had moved after I had booked the e-Bike, but Beau went out of his way to look after me making sure I had access to the bike. I couldn't have done what I did with my photography on the stay without that bike. First time riding one and what a joy. It would have been difficult riding a regular bike around some of the hills in Kiama and near Cathedral Rocks at 5am with a bag full of photography gear. Terrible service- after placing my daughters bike in for repairs and following up each week for 3 weeks to then finally be called back by the manager after becoming digruntled at the lack of progress and told you can just come and collect the bike as parts not were not even ordered, claimed FatBoy had inventory backlogs and couldn’t give ETA on parts or repair time.
