Broke my chain, walked to the store and Jake and Jonno could not have been more friendly or helpful. The replaced the chain and adjusted the derailleurs and I was on the road again. Thanks guys.

Friendly helpful excellent service
We went as a family and they treated us badly. First they told us that there weren't enough bikes to rent, then they told us that there were and when we went to pay for them it turned out that they wouldn't rent them to us because we were from out of town. And the guy was very rude.
