I was able to get an appointment next day! This was a big help as I am getting ready to move 1300 miles and I wanted to get serviced before the trip. I was greeted with an enthusiastic hello and a big smile. My car was serviced in a reasonable amount of time and it was thoroughly inspected. I have fresh oil, tires rotated and I had the air filter changed. I even had time for a trip into parts to pick up a paint pen. Even the parts guy was enthusiastic. Extremely happy with the service I received, always very professional and get the service done in record time. Receptionist even puts up with me giving her a bad time!
I came into the service center with a scheduled meeting planned in a very short time of my arrival. My service was scheduled early morning and the subsequent meeting 2 hours later. My assigned servicer recognized the issue and with great promptness saw to it that service was performed in an expedited fashion. Cannot think the servicer and the technician more. The personnel at Kia service is professional and respectful of one's needs. I am grateful to be a customer.

They said my car would be done in a hour and a half, 3 hours later I message to see what's going on. Opps looks like your papers were put on the wrong desk is what I was told. So it had been done for quite awhile and no one noticed. It is very hit and miss with the service department for sure
