Scheduled a service appointment for our leased vehicle. During the scheduling I specifically asked how long the appointment would take and was told no more than an hour. I, like others, have my daily schedule pretty full so appointment times mean something. But when I showed up, it was a completely different story. They told me it could take 3.5 to 4 hours because they were running behind. I question why they don't call their customers to tell them their appt time is triple what was quoted...?? Friendly people, clear directions on lot that is under construction, clear follow up on work that is to be done, kept informed as service is done and helpful instructions on how to exit from lot under construction.
