Dick Hannah Kia was ready for me when I brought our car in. Is was ready when promised and cost less than the estimate, because they found a couple of the items on their list, had been done previously. That’s honesty, and very important these days. I was impressed. Plus, a card for a free car wash.
I took my 2023 EV6 in for service and they scammed me and lied. Tire rotation they didn’t do as they said they did. I marked tires before arriving. So they lied about service then charge me $200 for lying to me. Caught red handed, they better make this right. Oh yes by lying about tires they actually put my wife at risk which is something we are gonna deal with personally! Any others out there feel like Kia scammed you well they likely did.
Love the vehicle, great service as the years have gone on. They have worked toward quicker wait times during servicing and it shows!
I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly Kia reacted to my situation! I was confronted by a completely dead battery in my 2024 Carnival.They dispatched a how truck to my residence and delivered my car to the dealership. Fortunately I had scheduled a service appointment on the next day. Therefore my battery was diagnosed and found to be inserviceable! So three problems were addressed! I am quite pleased with the service I received! Thank you so much
