Very courteous staff that get you checked in right away. Make an appointment though. Ask about a loaner vehicle, they have them.

Every time I bring my car in they “can’t locate the issue” that is happening consistently (every drive) when I have it. This has been the case with almost everything electronic, such as battery range dropping by 50miles out of nowhere and CarPlay disconnecting repeatedly. Everyone’s in a rush and more focused on getting folks in and out, there’s no time to actually review and diagnose. They’re always super nice when they tell me I’m SOL, but that’s not much of a consolation prize at this point.
My appointment was scheduled for 1 pm but the service was very late starting and didn't finish until almost 5 pm. I will go elsewhere for my next service.
