I am beyond frustrated and exhausted by the complete lack of professionalism from them. Closing on a home is stressful enough, but they are utterly non-responsive; I’ve had to chase them repeatedly just to get answers to basic, standard questions. It feels like once they have your business, you no longer exist to them. The worst part is that the neglect doesn't end at the closing table.
