What awesome customer service. We got a cool salt and pepper shaker that broke shortly after purchase with normal wear and tear (manufacturer issue!). When I reached out to Kristopher to see if I could get the receipt to put in a warranty request to the manufacturer, he went above and beyond and refunded us directly. I appreciate the awesome customer service and we’ll definitely be back the next time we are in Ouray!
Great store, super nice people. It's a must stop if you are a foodie
