I had an absolutely terrible experience buying a carpet rug from this place. They sell fake rugs! Basically, they take a wholesale roll of carpet, cut pieces from it, and then stitch the sides to pass it off as a proper rug. The quality is extremely low, and they charge a lot of money for it. This is a very dishonest and shady business. I would strongly recommend staying away from them.
Very rude and disrespectful with customers. No exchange or refund policy if we change the mind
Went in on Friday the 27/02 and encountered an extremely rude female employee, walked straight out, I will never support a business with this type of customer service.
Best high quality rugs and great customer service. Highly recommend!
