Solid work for a good price.
Craftsmanship is very nice. But the service terrible. I brought in a boat to every upholstered after getting quotes from multiple places. Mr. Knone and I went over the plan in between his multiple stories of things he's done in the past. Unfortunately he did not follow through on the plan. And other than having new upholstery the interior is in complete disarray. Was happy to pay the price if the work would have been done to expectations. Had a tear in seat on our Subaru. They repaired it perfectly and price was very good.
I brought my car in to have the headliner replaced. They did a great job with matching the color and it seems well attached. But when I came to pick up my car, the rear view mirror had come off its stem and the windshield was cracked right behind it. At first he told me that the "prior owner had superglued it together," except I'm the first owner and never had problems with the rear view mirror, never used superglue on the mirror.
