This is my second time buying prom dresses for my daughters, and both experiences have been excellent! I found a beautiful dress at a great price. It was ordered and delivered to the store in less than a week, and they did the alterations right there. The dress was completely ready in about a week and a half… super fast and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!
We had a great experience with Louie. The boutique was cute and well stocked. Clean and organized. We ordered our damas dress and louie was knowledgeable and honest with the process on the sizing and alterations if needed.
My daughter loved her Quince dress! Everything went great from the fittings, the last bear, the sign in table, the bouquet, the crown. Luis even came to deliver everything and help with the final preparations with getting ready at the church. Our experience was very smooth and we are very appreciative of all he did to help make our day a success!
I'm sorry but I had too. Ordered my daughter's dress back in June, I was told that the dress has arrived on the 10th of October and had my appointment for the 15th to try it on. He text me that day and said he was closed to due a family loss. But my brother went out and he was open. He told me he had the dress so we went the next day for him to tell me the dress that we asked for was sent in the wrong style.
